Residential Apprenticeship
This is a 3 year program that will take you through the International Residential Building Code for 1 & 2 Family Dwellings. Learn new home construction requirements, and inspection techniques. Also included are renovations and additions for existing homes and accessory structures.
All programs include the Property Maintenance Code, Plan Review and Building Code Official
Commercial Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship program’s goal is to help you develop an understanding of commercial construction codes. Each trade has it’s own unique construction code requirements. Basic plan review procedures will be taught for each trade.
Pre Apprenticeship Program
A pre apprentice program is made available to High School Seniors as an introduction to Building Codes. Students completing this course will be eligible to apply for the full Residential Apprentice Program.
